Trial
Lesson Terms & Conditions:
|
| |
1. |
The
purpose of a trial lesson is to allow the
teacher to assess the readiness / suitability
of the student for the particular course. |
| 2. |
It is not a guarantee that the trial student’s
enrolment for the course is confirmed. There
is a possibility that the teacher may decide
that the student is not ready or suited to
pick up the instrument at that particular
point of time. As such, trial fee paid for
the trial lesson is non-refundable and will
not be used to offset for a course taken at
a later stage in time. |
| 3. |
Confirmation
of the trial lesson is upon payment of trial
fee, at least one day before the trial lesson
date. |
| 4. |
Trial
fee can only be offset as one regular lesson
fee if the student signs up on the same day
of the trial lesson, for the same course type
(e.g. instrument, individual/ group, length
of duration), under the same teacher (pending
teacher’s assessment). Thus, the course
is considered to have commenced with immediate
effect. There should be no postponement on
the date of commencement of the course. Otherwise,
it is considered as one trial lesson and is
non-transferable and non-refundable. |
| 5. |
All
trial lessons are not given priority over
regular lesson even if the trial fee has been
paid. If there is no vacancy left in a group
class, the trial student will be scheduled
onto another time slot, depending on availability.
Otherwise, the trial fee will be refunded
upon request. |
