The
Woodwinds/ Brass Family Faculty offers training
in selected instruments. Currently, the
courses available are individual tuition
in:

Clarinet
·
Flute
·
Saxophone
·
Trumpet

| The
training encompasses 3 facets: |
| |
| 1. |
Individual
tuition
to build on the technical competence of the
students. For young aged students, parents
or guardians are encouraged to sit-in or video-record
the classes to ensure the concepts taught
in class are followed through with home practice. |

| 2. |
Compulsory
Group Woodwind
Ensemble classes
to transform the students’ competence
to artistry. Conducted once a month, these
classes require the students to perform together
with their peers. |

| 3. |
Concerts
and other events
(eg. workshops & master classes) to provide
an avenue of expression and develop the students’
depths of musical artistry. |
